Absolutely. In fact, this is especially for you. The Atrium was built for people who are overwhelmed by traditional networking—the loud rooms, the small talk, the pressure to always be "on." Our approach is structured, intentional, and designed to work with your energy, not against it.

Nope. All masterclasses and key sessions are recorded and added to the Resource Library. Show up live when you can; catch the replays when you can't. We built this to fit into your life, not take it over.

How It Works

Once a month, you'll be randomly paired with another member and emailed an introduction plus conversation prompts. You decide whether to meet virtually or in-person (if you're local). It's a low-pressure way to build meaningful one-on-one connections.

This is a live (virtual), facilitated co-working session where you choose 5 business development tasks from our action framework (things like: reach out to a potential partner, follow up with a past client, prep for a speaking pitch). You work alongside other members with accountability and support. It's how strategy becomes action.

Everything related to relationship-driven growth: activating client advocates, building strategic partnerships, event marketing strategies, lifecycle automation, industry visibility, and more. Each session is tactical and immediately applicable.

Every Sunday, you'll get a short, grounding email to help you set an intention for the week ahead. Think of it as a gentle nudge to stay strategic and present—not just reactive.

Jamie Crain, owner of Energy Mend, leads virtual energy clearing sessions designed to help you release what's not serving you and create space for growth. Collective & Ecosystem members get access to one virtual workshop a month; Ecosystem members can choose to attend a live workshop instead of a virtual one. It's the "soul" side of our "systems + soul" approach.

Not at all. The Atrium Membership is virtual-first, so members can join from anywhere. That said, if you are local to Portland, Maine, you can use the Random Coffee connections and member directory to meet up in person. Ecosystem members have a free monthly meetup (in-person) and discounts to other local events.

We rotate days and times to accommodate different schedules, and everything is recorded. You'll get the full calendar when you join, and we send reminders before each session.

Once you join, you'll get login credentials to our member platform where you can browse the directory, access resources, and see upcoming events.

You can cancel anytime. Monthly members won't be charged again after cancellation. Annual members who cancel will have access to their membership until their renewal date.
