Regenerative Retreat at The Regency — Terms & Conditions

Event Details The Regenerative Retreat is hosted by The Atrium Group LLC and takes place January 21–22, 2026 at The Regency Hotel, Portland, Maine. Check-in begins Wednesday at 3:00 pm; the retreat concludes at noon on Thursday.

What's Included Your $297 registration includes one night's accommodation in a standard King room, valet parking, breakfast with our group reservation, a $25 food voucher for dinner, full spa access (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, fitness room), guided reflection session, and group strategy planning session. Additional spa services, food, and beverages are not included and must be purchased directly through The Regency Hotel.

Payment Full payment of $297 is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Space is limited to five participants.

Cancellation & Refunds All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person with advance notice.

Event Changes The Atrium Group, LLC reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule, content, or location if necessary. In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by The Atrium Group, LLC, registered participants will receive a full refund.

Liability Participants attend at their own risk. The Atrium Group LLC is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat. By registering, you agree to hold The Atrium Group, LLC and The Regency Hotel harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

Photography & Media Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

Agreement By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
