The Atrium Group, LLC Event Policy
Disclaimer of Liability:
By participating in events organized by The Atrium Group, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks associated with them. The Atrium Group, LLC and its organizers shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or any other liabilities incurred during the events or as a result of attending the events.
Voluntary Participation:
Attendance at The Atrium Group, LLC events is voluntary. Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own actions and well-being during and after the events.
Event Fees:
Event fees collected are intended to cover associated venue deposits & costs and compensate the organizers for their time and effort in planning and coordinating the events. Payment of the event fee does not imply any assumption of liability on the part of The Atrium Group, LLC or its organizers.
Code of Conduct:
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during The Atrium Group, LLC events. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive may result in removal from the event and future events at the discretion of the organizers.
Photo/Video Release:
By participating in The Atrium Group, LLC events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and documentation purposes. Images and recordings may be used in promotional materials, social media, or other marketing efforts related to The Atrium Group, LLC. If you wish not to be included, you must notify the organizers through written or verbal documentation.
Changes to Events:
The Atrium Group, LLC reserves the right to make changes to event details, including but not limited to, date, time, location, and activities, at any time and without prior notice. Attendees will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
Health and Safety Guidelines:
Attendees are encouraged to adhere to any health and safety guidelines recommended by local authorities.
Alcohol and Drug Policy:
Attendees must be over the age of 21. Attendees are reminded to drink responsibly. The Atrium Group, LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for drugs, in accordance with each venue's policy.
Emergency Procedures:
Attendees should familiarize themselves with emergency procedures, including who to contact in case of emergencies and the location of emergency exits or first aid kits at the venue.
Intellectual Property Rights:
Unauthorized use or reproduction of The Atrium Group, LLC's intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials, is prohibited.
Privacy Policy:
Attendee information will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Attendees may opt out of communications or sharing personal information.
Feedback and Complaints Procedure:
Attendees are encouraged to provide feedback on events and submit complaints or concerns, which will be taken seriously and used to improve future events.
Indemnification Clause:
Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Atrium Group, LLC and its organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in events.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising from the event policy or attendees' participation in events shall be governed by Maine law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Portland, Maine.
