Thaw Together: A Spring Sauna Social

Winter has been long. Your nervous system knows it. Your business might feel it too.

This April, we're doing something a little different — we're sweating it out together.

The Atrium's Spring Sauna Social is an intimate evening designed for real conversations, genuine connection, and the kind of decompression your body has been asking for. We'll share a sauna, let the season go, and talk about the things that actually matter in our businesses and lives.

Just eight humans, some heat, and good conversation.

Here's how the evening flows:

6:30–7:30pm · The Sauna We'll rotate through the sauna together with short 10-minute cool-down breaks — about 50 minutes of sauna time total. Katie will bring light guided prompts to spark conversation, but if Atrium events are any indication, the conversation will take on a life of its own pretty quickly.

7:30–8:30pm · Bites & Drinks at Lamb's Right next door (shared parking lot), Lamb's will be our landing spot for a wind-down. Light food and drinks available for purchase. Come if you can — let’s continue the conversation!

What to bring:

→ Bathing suit + towel (required for the sauna)

→ A change of clothes or a cover-up if you're staying for Lamb's

→ Your most honest answer to "how's business actually going?"

This event is intentionally small. 7 spots. That's it. When the sauna is full, it's full.

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferrable.

Village Sauna is located at 695 Broadway, South Portland, ME 04106. Lamb's shares the same parking lot.
